CONFERENCE NEWS
Dear Participants,
The countdown has started.
Schnabel and Schnabel Inc. is a hotbed of feverish activity.
These days we are busy setting the timetable for the conference. The office is full of papers and pins (we can’t walk barefoot) with which we move the presenters back and forth in search of the perfect plan - which, of course, never existed in the first place, but the attempt nonetheless exists. And is fun.
It never fails to surprise me (Sneh) how many (mostly adventurous) ideas happen in the early morning hours in bed. The ideas are flying back and forth at such high speed, that it is dangerous to be here right now. I hope some of them will survive the onslaught of sanity when sitting at the desk, or sharing them with my man. (That’s me - Fredric; my middle name is Sanity.)
The number of participants of the preceding conferences (2 and 4 years ago) has been reached (around 80). We are currently heading for a new high, with more bookings slowly trickling in. The last two were from Poland; Yahoo!
This conference will have several new countries represented: welcome Australia, Canada, Chile, Portugal, Spain and Norway!
The Jonathan Hotel's own beds are nearly booked out; the hotel has reserved a number of accommodations in the village. All are close by the hotel, in walking distance.
Near the beginning of September, we will send the conference timetable.
