Registration/Participation conditions
Registration for the conference is made exclusively through the organizer. Registration must be in writing by mail, fax or e-mail. Please give your full contact information when doing so.
Your registration is valid only when the full conference fee is received by us.

We must receive the full fee. All bank fees are to be covered by the registrant; please specify this to your bank when making payment. When payment is received, you will receive a confirmation with more detailed information about room reservation and travelling details.
Cancelation conditions
If you cancel before July 15, 2008, the workshop fee will be refunded to you - minus a fee of €50. If you cancel later than July 15, there is no refund.
Liability
Each participant carries full responsibility for themselves and their actions during and outside of the conference. The organizer does not retain any liability. If undergoing psychiatric help, you are asked not to participate.
The conference is a non-profit event. Any moneys remaining after expenses will be donated to a charity to be announced.
ll presenters have agreed to support this concept by not receiving a fee for their work and participation. And we thank them for their generosity.
